Relevate Realty is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, reconciliations, payments, taxation-related documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank records.
- Prepare and verify vendor bills, customer invoices, and payment schedules.
- Maintain project-wise and company-wise financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, Professional Tax and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for filings, audits, and financial documentation.
- Maintain ledgers, journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.
- Support payroll-related accounting and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
- Assist management with budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and financial analysis when required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation basics.
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and statutory documentation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Relevate Realty is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding buyer requirements, coordinating property visits, following up with leads, and supporting customers through the sales process. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate sales are also welcome to apply.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and preferred locations.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Assist customers throughout the property buying process.
- Coordinate with internal sales, CRM, marketing, and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Stay updated about available projects, market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Support negotiations and closure of property bookings.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relations, or real estate.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone and in person.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and motivated to work in a sales environment.
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads.
- Willingness to attend customer meetings and property site visits.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate will be an added advantage.
