Before Relevate stakes its name next to a project, we hold it against three tests: developer credibility — a track record we've verified, not just heard about; design quality — architecture and planning that would stand out even without our marketing; and micro-market fit — a genuine read on whether this project belongs where it's being built. This is the bar we hold every mandate to, and it's the same bar every future flagship addition will have to clear.
