Relevate Realty Private Limited ("Relevate," "we," "us," "our") operates relevate.in (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

  • Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address, locality/property preference, budget range — via enquiry forms, WhatsApp chat triggers, and "Notify Me" locality alerts.
  • Communication data: messages exchanged with us over WhatsApp or phone in connection with your enquiry.
  • Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time on site, via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Push notification data: if you opt in to browser notifications, we store a device/browser subscription identifier (via OneSignal) to send you listing and price-drop alerts. We do not receive your phone number or personal identity through this channel unless you separately provide it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to property enquiries and share relevant listings
  • Send WhatsApp or phone updates you have requested
  • Send browser push notifications you have opted into
  • Improve our Site and services through aggregated analytics
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations, including under RERA where applicable to specific projects

3. Legal Basis for Processing (DPDP Act, 2023)

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, initiate a WhatsApp chat, or accept browser push notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:

  • WhatsApp Business / Meta Platforms, to deliver messages you initiate or request
  • OneSignal, to deliver browser push notifications you opt into
  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), in aggregated or pseudonymised form
  • Developer/mandate partners (e.g., project developers such as Nava Jyothi Shelters Pvt. Ltd.) strictly where necessary to process an enquiry about their project, and only with your consent
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where legally required

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and contact data for as long as reasonably necessary to service your enquiry and for up to 2 years thereafter for record-keeping, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate data

  • Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer, and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

Our services are directed at adults seeking real estate consultancy. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (secure hosting, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
